The following City
Council documents are currently available:
- Agendas (2008 -
current)
- Minutes (1966 - current)
- Ordinances (1971 - current)
- Resolutions (1970 - current)
Either browse documents or search for a specific document(s) by using a single word or phrase in a document.
Pop-Up Blockers:
In order to fully utilize the
Weblink database pop-up blockers must be disabled in all browsers.
Using the database:
To browse documents, click on
the 
tab. Open the
PTDocuments folder in the left pane. Continue opening folders until you find the document you are looking for.
- To view the document, click to open.
Laserfiche documents are scanned to an image format which can be indexed and searched on-line. Printing these documents requires that the pages be converted to PDF format.
To search for a document using a specific word or phrase, click on
the  tab. This will provide you with directions on
a variety of searches that can be performed via Weblink.
To print or scroll through a document , you must convert to PDF first. Click on the PDF icon to the right of the page navigation bar to start the process.
You may then print or scroll through the document. Pages can be printed one at a time or as a complete document.
Some of the documents in the database are already in PDF format. When a link to a PDF file is clicked, the document is either downloaded to the user desktop or opened in the web browser.
When you are finished remember to click
the Logout  button
to disconnect.
