The Friends of the
Port Townsend Library provide services, programs, and materials for the
library that are beyond the means of the city budget, for the cultural
and educational enrichment of the community.
BECOME A FRIEND TODAY
A strong and vital Friends organization is living proof
of the Port Townsend community's support for its library. You can
become a Friend of the Library by filling out and returning
Membership form.

BOOK SALES
Magazines may be dropped off at the library for
give away in the baskets near the front door separate from books and media. News type magazines should
be current, all others are welcome.
Donation to Sales: All books and media need to be clean and in
good condition and original CD/DVDs only.
We do not accept: Musty, smoky, or moldy books or media
Damaged books or media
Readers Digest condensed books
Encyclopedias
Small donations may be dropped off at the
library. Large donations should be in boxes, not bags.
Call the library, 385-3181 if you have a large donation and would like help or
would like to meet someone at the storage unit. If you cannot get boxes,
let the Friend who calls you know. We cannot store books in bags.
