Sex Offender Classification Levels
Most individuals are classified as a Level 1 or Level 2 offender
Level 1: Offenders have a low likelihood of re-offending and many are first time offenders.
Level 2: Offenders have a moderate likelihood of re-offending.
Level 3: A small percentage of offenders are classified as Level 3 and have a high likelihood to re-offend. They may be predatory in nature and pose a potential threat to our communities.

Information We Release
The State of Washington has strict laws governing what information can be released regarding registered sex offenders. In accordance with these laws, the Port Townsend Police Department provides the following information for all Level 2 & 3 offenders only:
