The Finance Department is responsible for Utility Billing, Budget & Auditing, Business License Issuance & Monitoring, B&O Tax Reporting, Cashiering Services, Debt Management, Financial Reporting, Payroll and Employee Benefits along with Computer Systems Technology. The Department Mission is to manage and optimize the city's finances and provide professional, knowledgable and courteous customer service.
